James Albright

Bassist James Albright holds a BA degree in music from the University of NE, Lincoln. Now making his home in Merriam, KS, he plays regularly at Unity Temple on the Plaza, and at the Unity Church of Overland Park.
James also fills his performance schedule with the contemporary jazz/rock group Boka Maru, the Northland Symphony and other freelance engagements. In addition, James teaches a full-time studio schedule of jazz and classical bass students. He recently performed with Tim Whitmer at Carnegie Hall in New York!
